Velanche’s Playtime 001 – The New Music Podcast

Happy New Year, and welcome to 2012.

Welcome, also, to the start of all things new. One of the first new things in my life is the start of my new bi-weekly podcast simply called “Velanche’s Playtime.” As music, to me, is an area where a sense of play comes through, so goes the title of the show.

I’m starting this show with quite a bit unprepared, but the most important thing for me is to keep the fresh, new music flowing. Much of what’s on this installment represents music that’s been coming my way for a number of weeks, and it was time for that music to find their way out into the world from my perspective. So I give you the inaugural edition of the show.

In brief, if you’ve been a fan of my weekly show, then you’ll feel right at home with this show. I will have some other things in the mix…an updated site, more online content, and even a video component. It’s all part of the master plan, to be rolled out as time permits.

I hope you enjoy your show, and I do hope that you tell your friends about it. Spread the word, far and wide, if you enjoy this show so that it’ll build and build. This great music should spread globally, and I hope you’ll agree that it should be shared, nurtured and cultivated.
